To my great delight, I gave my oncologist an unnerving moment this year. Meeting me after my second chemo treatment, she became very concerned, convinced that I hadn’t lost my hair, horrified that somehow I had been given the wrong chemicals for my therapy. She mistook my MHP Hair System for my own hair and I had to reassure her that I had indeed lost my real hair.
I want to add to this that my second oncologist -- my radiation oncologist -- has told me that she’s now saving her hair in case she develops cancer and needs an MHP Hair System designed for her some day.
